Born in Coimbra, Portugal, Carlos Ferreira nurtured his passion for construction and real estate literally around the world, from his very first job in a construction company, at the tender age of 18, to the considerable experience he acquired managing projects in Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East. That experience would prove useful in the late 1980s, when he decided to return to his native Portugal with his family, and invested in his first project in Lisbon, that would become the starting point for his company, FRANSUL, currently one of key players in Portuguese luxury real estate, known for its unrelenting commitment to quality, its deep knowledge of the market and the ability to always find new opportunities in prime location. Carlos comes to Florida as senior partner for VILLANOVA, with interests and investments in Senior Living, Hospitality and Real Estate.

Engineer Marius Ferreira ensures the continuity of the Cafe Group, its spirit, its precision, and its versatility in the face of the complex challenges of the 21st century. With a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico and a postgraduate degree in business management from the Universidade Católica, Eng. Marius boasts an impressive track record in project management in Portugal and the United States of America, particularly in the states of Massachusetts and Florida. The new face at the helm of the Cafe Group brings a fresh and expanded vision and is responsible for the realization of robust and impactful projects in the contemporary real estate landscape.
